Small Business Accounting & Bookkeeping - Monthly/Quarterly: 

     I will generate a balance sheet and income statement for your business with the information received from you on a monthly or quarterly basis and teach you how to read your reports so you know how your business is doing.  I can also take care of your catch-up bookkeeping when you have bookkeeping that hasn't been done for a while.

Payroll Processing - Remote & Training: 

     I offer payroll solutions that fit your needs.  I can process your payroll for you, or even train you how to do it yourself.  I am also available to process all your payroll tax reports so you don't have to worry about deadlines (Including setup and maintaining payroll records, tax withholdings and benefit contributions, federal & state tax filings and issuance of checks and preparation of all W2's and 1099 forms.)

Tax Return Filing - Income, Payroll & Sales Tax: 

     I am focused on providing bookkeeping, payroll and QuickBooks consulting and do not prepare income taxes.  Instead, I work with my client's existing tax preparer to get them the information they need.  If you do not have a tax preparer or are looking for a change, I have several excellent tax preparers that I can recommend.  I find that when clients work with me they are able to get their information back in a timely manner since I don't have the income tax deadlines.  I do however prepare and file the payroll and sales tax returns.

  I am able to help seniors, nursing home & assisted-living facility residents, newly widowed or divorced individuals, busy professionals, frequent travelers and individuals and families who have difficulty with,or lack the time needed for the proper administration of their daily money management activities.

DAILY MONEY MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES include, but are not limited to:

  Bill Paying, sorting & processing of incoming mail, balancing checkbooks, bank & credit card reconciliation, organizing bank records, preparing & delivering bank deposits, reviewing investment & brokerage statements, organizing tax documents for tax preparers, budgeting, negotiating with creditors, deciphering medical insurance papers & verifying proper processing of claims, setting up & maintaining financial files, provide detailed month end reports, create a comprehensive portfolio of your life affairs, provide referrals & act as an intermediary with legal, tax and investment professionals.
